Flower Delivery Information

At A Street Florist, we're committed to delivering beautiful, fresh flowers with exceptional care. We take extra precautions to ensure it arrives looking its very best. 

Standard Delivery Times

We deliver Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, this time frame may be later during holidays and busy times. 

While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we work hard to ensure every order is delivered as close to your requested timeframe as possible. 

Same Day Delivery

Need flowers today? We offer same-day flower delivery on many orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Because flower availability and our delivery schedule can vary, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

If you need a same-day delivery for a specific time or special event, please call us directly so we can confirm availability.

Weekend Delivery

Saturday and Sunday delivery is available. Simply call us and set it up via phone. 

Our Delivery Area

We proudly deliver flowers throughout Hayward and many surrounding East Bay communities including Castro Valley, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Oakland, Pleasanton, Union City, Dublin, San Ramon, and Danville. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Delivering to Businesses 

To help ensure a successful delivery, please verify the recipient's business hours and work schedule before placing your order. We recommend placing orders early enough to allow our designers ample time to create your arrangement and complete the delivery before the business closes.

If the recipient works at a business, school, hospital, or other workplace, please confirm they will be on-site during delivery hours. Including the business name, department, suite number, and any special delivery instructions will help us deliver your flowers promptly and efficiently.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may:

• Leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate.
• Leave them with a receptionist, neighbor, or front desk if suitable.
• Contact the recipient to arrange a convenient delivery.
• Return the order for a redelivery if necessary. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Special Delivery Instructions

Please include any gate codes, apartment numbers, business names, parking instructions, or other helpful delivery details when placing your order. Accurate information helps us deliver your flowers quickly and efficiently.

Weddings, Events & Large Orders

Custom wedding flowers, event florals, sympathy tributes, and large floral installations often require additional notice. We recommend contacting us several days in advance so we can source specialty flowers and create a design tailored to your needs.
